Terms of Service

1. The service

Vyavan provides software to help clinics, pharmacies and hotels manage day-to-day operations such as queues, billing, stock and reservations. Features available to your account depend on the business type and plan you choose.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Team-member access is controlled by the account admin. You must not share a single login across people beyond what your plan permits.

3. Plans, billing and trials

New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly; access continues through the paid period and a short grace period after it.

If a subscription is not renewed, access to data features is paused until you renew. Your data is retained during this time.

Fees are shown in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Your data

You own the business and customer data you enter into Vyavan. You can export your data as CSV at any time from within the app. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access other tenants' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Vyavan available and reliable, but the service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You are responsible for keeping your own records as required by law; Vyavan is a tool to assist, not a substitute for statutory record-keeping.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will note the date of the latest change above. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
